The next RigaTangoWinterFest will take place in Riga from January 10-12, 2014.

We plan to have tango laboratories/workshops, 

3 evening milongas, DJs and live music.

The venues and the detailed programm will be announced in Summer 2013.

How to meet the year of 2013?

By dancing tango of course....

RigaTangoWinterFest is announcing the cooperation with Tango Baltica organizers by contributing their creativity in the programm of the New Year 2013 celebration weekend starting from 28 December and ending on 1 January with special New Year’s Milongas offered by tango schools in Riga and the challenging workshop package “Todo Milonga” with Ilona and Salvador Rios.

We welcome you to Nuevo milonga workshop offered by Ginta Opmane and Ilona Rios:
Milonga Nuevo: what is different when dancing milonga with nuevo music? Rhythm and movement.

and a special nuevo music hour in New Year milonga in Dec 31 by DJ Ginta.

The tradition of Nuevo ideas in tango and music that was started in RigaTangoWinterFest 2011 will be continued in the 2nd RigaTangoWinterFest that we are planning to make at the end of 2013.
